What brought you to D3?
I started at D3 1.5 years ago. When I moved to Chicago, I wanted to find something as challenging as my previous Crossfit gym and train more intensely for soccer. Currently, I train with D3 three times a week.
Fitness wasn’t a new thing for me and my first impression was that the workouts were pretty tough and have since become ten times harder. But that’s because I’m stronger.
What are you currently working on?
Right now I’m working on a new squat goal and stringing together some pull-ups.
What are you most proud of?
The changes that my body has made and seeing muscles!
Favorite D3 Memory?
Would have to be when I was going for my max box jump. Well, the first attempt included me hitting the ground….hard. (Of course, there’s video footage). But, I got right back up and nailed my next attempt. 44 inches!
