Classes focus on functional movements which include exercises that are fundamental to our daily lives and improve our ability to engage in a multitude of activities and sports. Workouts are designed to improve cardiovascular endurance, stamina, flexibility, power, speed and agility, coordination and balance. Class duration is 45 min.
