1. Send me your user name so that I can add you as a friend. Or you can find me Mlagrant1 and add me as a friend. You will also need to change your privacy setting by going to Settings → Diary Settings→  Scroll to Bottom →  Change to Public or Friends Only.

  2. Also in the same area, you can change the names of your meals (which we will get more into) to Core, Recovery, Anchor, Pre/Post Workout snacks, or just snacks.

  3. Remember, you will not be going by the numbers that MyFitnessPal suggests. You will be going by the numbers I will give you. You also do not have to track your exercise, that is completely optional. Your macro/calorie goals will not change. I have factored your activity level into the program that I will give you.
